Add a folder parameter when append overwriting or creating new notes

Looking at the writing page https://vinzent03.github.io/obsidian-advanced-uri/actions/writing, there isn't a parameter for folder names, only file paths. A user should be able to enter in a note and folder name to create a new note in a specific folder no matter what the path of the folder is.
