[Vanilla Bug] Growing ice does not appear on radar

Description

Pre-placed ice is visible on the radar, but ice that grows around that does not appear on the radar.

Steps To Reproduce

Launch the included map and watch the radar.

Expected Behaviour

Newly grown ice appears on the radar as it grows.

Actual Behaviour

Only the pre-placed ice is visible on the radar and newly grown ice is radar-invisible.
