Allow the Chat to All hotkey to be reassigned and enables the right mouse click to cancel the current in-game message input.

This pull request allows the Chat to All hotkey (default F8) to be reassigned by the user and enables the right mouse click to cancel the current in-game message input.

You will find the new keyboard command listed as Chat to all players under Interface in the keyboard settings.
