[Vanilla Bug] `FIRESTRM.INI` does not process added HouseTypes.

Description:

Any new HouseTypes added to FIRESTRM.INI don't get loaded and processed, thus it is not possible to add new HouseTypes that are specific to the Firestorm game mode.
