[New Feature] Enhance waypoint feature

Description:

CnCNet ts-patches adds two enhancements to the waypoint feature:

1. You no longer need to hold down the Shift key to create waypoint loops
2. After deleting a waypoint, the "current waypoint" pointer is moved to to the next waypoint mode, which makes deleting waypoints easier
