[New Feature] Vehicle-crushers

Description:

Making it so you can flag a vehicle able to crush smaller ones, just like the RA2 Battle Fortress

Possible Implementation:

Copying the RA2 logic seems fine, although higher flexibility would be nice, so you can more specifically define which vehicles can and cannot be crushed. Vehicles with this ability should also be able to crush otherwise uncrushable infantry
