AI MCV Deploy Behavior Change

Description

When creating a script for AI MCVs, it will not deploy unless it has a 5x5 clearing instead of 3x3 (the size of the Con Yard). This is most likely because it leaves room to add walls around it in MP/Skirmish.

This check is not needed for singleplayer maps. For instance, if I create a script to replace a lost Conyard by the AI, the original spot may have been surrounded by walls or a wandering unit might be in the spot dedicated to walls; The MCV will not deploy.

Another feature would be to add that any unit in the deployment spot automatically moves to the nearest cell away from the structure size.
