Single File Components Use

I'm using **vue-router-prefetch@^2** and **Vue 3**, but getting the same error when using the "custom" prop on router-link components.

Hash in file name (replace index.html srcs in production, also using css)

I'm also facing this problem. This is critical for cache invalidation in a production env. @frederikhors Did you finally find a way to add a hash to the css file...
