GUI will not load after update

When trying to access the GUI I am receiving the following error. This started happening yesterday. Was there another update like the one a week ago that broke this?

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Uninstalled and reinstalled with the same outcome.

I have the same problem on windows 10 after windows updates were installed

I came by this issue by mistake.
