No visual method to close output tabs in Simba

Issue Description

There is no visible button (like an X) or mouse-right menu method to close output tabs in the Simba interface.

Current Behavior

Output tabs open correctly No visual close button (X) is present on tabs No mouse click action exists to close tabs Output tab switcher is not working Only keyboard shortcut CTRL+W successfully closes tabs

Expected Behavior A visible close mechanism (X button) or standard mouse action should be available to close output tabs, in addition to the existing keyboard shortcut.

They aren't designed to be closed, they just mirror the editor tabs. Or do you mean closing an output tab should work, and it would close the paired editor tab too?
