Declutter: true triggers 'echo' effect on Vector Layer with Crop filter

I am trying to optimize an OpenLayers map, and found that when declutter is set to true on any Vector Layer, an 'echo' effect is triggered on the layer with the Crop filter applied.

Unfortunately, this issue persists on the latest versions of OpenLayers (9.0.0, 9.1.0) as well as on the development version which is yet to be released. Any ideas on what could be causing this issue and how to fix it?
