Set minimum video duration for downloads (avoid #shorts)

Add the ability to set a minimum video duration or the video is ignored and not downloaded. Basically looking for a way to not clog up my machine with hundreds of those stupid #shorts videos that YT is pushing hard right now. If there is another way to detect them that would be useful too, but maybe as a catch-all to ensure none get through a minimum duration could be set as well.

acceptance criterias

• [ ] Subscribe to a channel with numerous #shorts
• [ ] Set minimum duration to exclude #shorts
• [ ] Download new videos and not see any #shorts

I think there is a way to detect if a video is a short. I'll have to look into it

Please! I can't stand shorts, they litter the timeline and it is difficult to find actual content.
