Disabling sides of a Tunnel Gate?

Open Techokami opened this issue 10 years ago • 2 comments

Tunnel Gates are very useful, except when I'm trying to make something tightly packaged and not have cross-talk between wires. Why can't I edit the Tunnel Gate to have certain sides closed off?

Guess it would be useful. Either this way or, since wires do it, have three different colors.

I personally vote for colors, as clicking up to 15 times to get required configuration is a bit too much. Idea: integrate tunnel functionality into wires? I mean derive tunnel gate from wire, and probably add autoconversion between them (i.e. convert when (dis)connecting tunnel to wire, so that there is no such thing as disconnected tunnel gate).
