Introduce v1.0.0 version

Operator reached stable state. We shouldn't change exist API anymore and provide v1 API for CRDs.

Tasks:

  • Migrate betav1 to v1 CRDs.
  • Provide conversion webhooks.
  • Add migration guide for the helm chart users.
  • Add migration guide for the operator-hub users.
