Enable Cardinality Explorer in Datasource

We need to enable cardinality explorer in our Grafana Datasource

@tenmozes would you mind elaborating more on motivation and problem this feature supposed to solve? Also, how do you see it implemented? Won't it result in just duplicating the same functionality we already have in vmui?
