Mobile background video play icon showing

When I view my site in mobile it shows a play icon over the image and the flash fallback isn't working in IE8. Do you know what could be the issue? Here is the link to my site http://roydezign.co/demo/ftllp/backvideo/

Yes i have the same issue, no problem with ipad but problem with iphone...
