In-combat ¿bug?

Hi! Thanks for keeping this addon alive. Even though I have the "Enable in combat" ticked, it still doesn't work properly. From my little testing what does change when enabling or disabling that option is that mouseover would work when enabled and won't when disabled. For example when doing mouseover the guild icon.

However, if I click any icon during combat, it won't open. I'm not sure if that's how the addon works because of the coding, or it's bugged, or some other addon it's conflicting with it.
