[Add] User adding/editing needs the wWWHomePage field for MailAD

In MailAD the wWWHomePage field of the AD is meant to store the quota for the mailbox of the user, see here and here for more info.

I purpose to add that field and label it as Home page (MailAD Quota) to sign the real and alternative use.
