Make shield Brown banner on 1.8

Problem Description

Currently shield without banner put on it is Black banner on 1.8. It's not really a problem, but I have idea to make it better. ̶A̶n̶d̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶w̶r̶i̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶V̶i̶a̶b̶a̶c̶k̶w̶a̶r̶d̶s̶ ̶r̶e̶p̶o̶s̶i̶t̶o̶r̶y̶,̶ ̶b̶e̶a̶c̶u̶s̶e̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶c̶r̶e̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶f̶e̶a̶t̶u̶r̶e̶ ̶r̶e̶q̶u̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶V̶i̶a̶r̶e̶w̶i̶n̶d̶ ̶r̶e̶p̶o̶s̶i̶t̶o̶r̶y̶.̶ Thanks FlorianMichael for moving this to Viarewind.

Solution Description

Make shield Brown banner instead of Black banner on 1.8.X. Shields with banner don't need any changes.

Alternatives

Put Brown banner on shield. Unofortunetly it will change Shields look on 1.9+ clients.
