Bug Description

I need the cooldown indicator for my server, as players will be on 1.8 but the server is 1.12. The ViaRewind cooldown indicator works well, but when players on versions higher than 1.8 join (like 1.21), it removes the indicator for everyone, including 1.8 players. I assume this is to prevent two attack indicators from showing. The indicator disappears as soon as a player from a higher version joins the server and it doesn't work for any players until the server is restarted. I am on the current newest version of all of my via plugins and i have tried deleting every other plugin, other than via plugins, and the problem was still happening

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to 1.12.2 server on a 1.8 client and the cooldown indicator is visible
  2. Another player from a higher version than 1.8 joins the server
  3. the cooldown indicator disappears for the 1.8 player
  4. restart server to get the cooldown indicator back

Expected Behavior

I expected the cooldown indicator to stay visible after a player from a higher version joins the server.

Additional Server Info

I tried removing every plugin and it still didn't work so it's not my plugins. i am using a proxy via velocity. i only have two servers (one proxy and one main) and they are both working perfectly. i am only running via plugins on my backend server and not on my proxy.
