I don't get any error on the console

Bug Description

I can't make bridges with viarewind i disable everything the bossbar... but i can't it makes like the block doens't exit, the blocks above me i can't place in shift

Steps to Reproduce

1. I Updated the version
2. Reinstall ViaRewind
3. Reinstall ViaVersion and ViaBackWards
4. No Success

Expected Behavior

Trying making a Bridge i can't place the blocks under 1.9
