Minecart not moving

Bug Description

Minecarts do not work at all. i rode a minecart and i hear the sound of it moving and i dont see it moving and i cant get out. the minecart does move on the server side but not the client side

Steps to Reproduce

join a server on 1.2.5 make a powered rail push the minecart get in the minecart

Expected Behavior

the game should show the minecart moving on the client side

i found out that the minecrat does not move at all

Can you test with latest ViaForge or ViaProxy? This is likely something ViaLegacy didn't impl well
