Bug Description
Clicking to grab or place items in a gui/inventory is very glitched, it sometimes won't grab the item and ill have to click a few times before it grabs/places it
Steps to Reproduce
Join a 1.4.7 server (haven't tested above, but have noticed this issue in versions below too) Grab some items Craft some stuff or click items around in inventory
Expected Behavior
It works fine and items are grabbed/placed on click
I haven't tested 1.5-1.7 but noticed it happens in versions below too.
Doesn't happen in 1.7.10+ from personal experience
Just created a ghost item cause of this bug. I had closed my inventory with it still in my cursor and it dropped but didn't show visually and I picked it up and opened my inventory and it was still where i placed it originally but now in my hotbar too.
Just adding that this happens with b1.7.3 servers as well. Having to click multiple times to place an item and sometimes it turns into a ghost item and nothing can be placed in that slot. Shift clicking the items seems to work fine and will place into the ghost spots.
