Bug Description

My server has version 1.19. Players who have client version 1.9 through 1.18.2 cannot break "sculk_shrieker". Perhaps it's because it shows up as "end_portal_frame".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. I enter the server from the client 1.18.2;
  2. I find the block "sculk_shrieker", which looks like "end_portal_frame";
  3. I try to break it with my hand;
  4. After a minute, the block still hasn't broken.

Expected Behavior

  1. I am logged in from version 1.9 to 1.18.2;
  2. I find the block "sculk_shrieker", which looks like "end_portal_frame";
  3. I start breaking it, for example, with my hand;
  4. It breaks after 4.5 seconds (this is the time it takes to break the block with my hand).
