Bug Description

chunks not loading and unable to move on version 1.16.5 on a 1.19.4 server. other version such as 1.8.9, 1.17.1, and 1.18.2 work fine.

Steps to Reproduce

login on in 1.16.5 join the server you are stuck in the air with chunks not loading

i expected to play normally

I use paper with the plugins: IridiumSkyblock, JukeBox, LuckPerms,, Multiverse-Core, Multiverse-Inventories, MyEasySpawn, SetSpawn, spark, *TModsServerAddons_Ranks TNTRun_reloaded, Vault, ViaBackwards, ViaRewind, ViaVersion, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, WorldGuardRegionProtect

Can you send the coordinates of the location you got stuck in? (might give us a better clue)

If the Y is negative, then this might be the easiest to figure out.

I have once experienced something similar, in my case the server was running in multiple servers, but they were synchronised and the problem was that the via api didn't send the infos trough this multi-server synchronising thing.

Edit: but the chunk were still loaded, I just can't move

hi i have same think how is saying on bio is the same and how to fix becouse i dont have server and this mod in on hack client and im not developer of that client and i stack in air and i see only void plz fix this plz
