Bug Description

The bug is similar to https://github.com/ViaVersion/ViaBackwards/pull/414. 1.12.2 some banners are painted black. 1.19.2 is displayed correctly (the server is on this version).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Building a map.
2. Restarting the server.

• Login from client 1.12.2 to server 1.19.2. !Bug (screenshot)!

• Re-login from client 1.19.2. .Correct display. *Logged in from clean (without Forge and others) clients. *Banners are repainted black exactly at certain coordinates.

Expected Behavior

Correct display on the client 1.12.2
