[Bug] Item frame model doesn't match its hitbox on 1.12.2

Bug Description

Floor (bottom) item frames have incorrect hitbox in 1.12.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login with the 1.12.2 client to 1.19 server.
2. Place an item frame on the floor.
3. Enable F3+B.
4. Observe difference between model and hitbox.

Expected Behavior

Item frame hitbox should match its model on 1.12.2 (I know horizontal item frames are impossible in 1.12.2, asking just for hitbox -> model matching)

Additional Server Info

No Bungee, no additional plugins. (test server)
