Resolvers are touched upon in the book, but I agree I need to elaborate further and take your linked comment into consideration.
Great suggestion @wshayes I will definitely mark this down to be added into the bundling chapter when I get to it.
There are no sample applications, but if it were to help readers such as yourself to have downloadable structures, it wouldn't be too much work to do that.
Already planned for the recipes section :) - sorry for the delay on this, I've been focusing on new chapters and less on feedback here. Getting back ontop of it.
In due time, I'll get around to this. I don't even use this component anymore in any of my projects. I wrote it before the CLI even existed or Webpack...
Do you mean components reusable within Aurelia or components that can be used outside of Aurelia like web components, perhaps you meant both?
