[Feature request] Allow slipstream mod manager to load .zip file extension

I decided to host my mod on Github as a release, and found out that Github throws a hissy fit when you try to upload it as a .ftl. I suggest adding the ability to handle .ftl.zip or somesuch, so that it's possible for people to host on github, while it still being a distinctive file name.
