Sometimes fails to extract

There are certain audio files i try to extract from Tetris Effect: Connected's bnks, but some bnks will not extract any audio, and some do. taking a look at the command prompt window, i see errors such as:

Parse error: expected 0x42 fmt if vorb missing and parse error: missing RIFF

this happens when trying to extract to both ogg and mp3. i can provide files if needed, just ask! Thanks in advance!
