[ButtonPoll] Add feature to ping role

Describe the feature request in as much detail as possible

While iknow dpy 2.0 is currently not released for red, i was thinking maybe add any other select menu or something to at least choose a channel to send the poll to?

Any other idea, is to have a role ping above the poll, i know alot servers have a poll ping role, which is used for polls, so could maybe be great (?) not really needed for me but, just any other idea :P

Both are good ideas. Should the role ping when the poll is created, finished, or both?

I'll say just when its created, i've at least not seen anyone actually ping when a poll is done or similar to that before.

Channels can be chosen using an optional argument with the slash command, or with the optional argument when invoking the buttonpoll text command. I move to a drop-down, but there is a channel limit. The preferred way to create a poll is through the slash command, and I plan to migrate the three binary options currently chosen with buttons for both text and slash to the slash command to further improve the experience.

I'll leave this issue open for the ping role.
