Make tape drive installable into robots

You already can install OC's disk drive into robots, so it would make perfect sense to let people do the same thing with tape drive. However, I'd consider removing playback functionality (it just doesn't feel right to me), leaving only reading/writing API.

Additionally, it would be nice to add ability to install (portable?) tape drive into microcontrollers. Not too much of an issue since they can interface with externally connected tape drive.
