Add a FAQ section for interested troops / applicants

Bug Description Currently, there is little information about how the cohorts work, e.g. instruction hours, prices, etc. The lack of clear info on the website has led to multiple inquiries to VWC just to ask simple questions that really should be clear when they come to our site.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a FAQ page somewhere on the VWC webpage, and make it incredibly easy for prospective applicants to access.

FYI Jerome and I have a FAQ doc started inside the org. Notion, so the Q&A text is essentially complete, or will get us a good starting point

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently, we are trying to answer these questions on an individual basis, which takes a lot of time. Sometimes we've missed on replying to those emails. This method just isn't efficient for most inquiries.
