Okta FastPass support

Hello,

We've recently started using saml2aws with Okta as our IdP. It works great and we're able to get credentials for our multiple accounts, but we're lacking the MFA part as it seems Okta Fastpass is not supported at the moment.

I've searched through the open and closed issues but didn't fin any result. Would be great if we could add support for it!

Unfortunately Okta FastPass is not something which can be invoked programmatically (at this point). Its entirely dependent on the Okta Login Widget and there is no API to generate the request data nor is there documentation on how to invoke the app.

While I agree that this would be very useful, until Okta make this available it'll be very very difficult to implement. I've raised this as a feature request with Okta - feel free to vote on it @gari-bergara-jt: https://ideas.okta.com/app/#/case/162074

FYI, setting the provider to Browser and MFA to Auto should work, though you'll have to make sure Okta Fastpass is configured (and has a checkmark next to it) on the mobile Okta Verify app.
