[Azure AD] Doesn't support set cross tenant

Has anyone using saml2aws cross tenant?

From documentation we can set only app-id.

@jiragrid check the patched version #795, if that works better for you. We used to hand in tenant id with other adoptions, but could leave it out with this version, as far as I can tell.
