Interative shell doesn't work under git bash on windows

If you do say login and it prompts you for password it will just either get "bad input" or complete. Not sure what cli input library is being used.

I recently ran into this issue too. Running saml2aws under winpty (built in to Git for Windows AFAICT) works around the issue for me - both the configure prompts and interactive login now work flawlessly.

The underlying CLI library is Survey and it has a related open issue: https://github.com/AlecAivazis/survey/issues/148

thanks @jlu5 i have used winpty saml2aws login . it worked like charm , same i used for k9s as well.
