The xunit projects needs to be migrated to xunit.v3.

@SimonCropp Would you be interested in migrating to xunit.v3+MTP?

yep. happy to migrate to MTP. but there seems to be some build errors?

Yes, migration to xunit.v3 is needed first. I'll do it.

note that verify supports both xunit v2 and v3
