Could not find the root partition!

Getting this on a fresh install of CatchyOS and btrfs-asssistant:

/usr/lib/python3.12/site-packages/refind_btrfs/__main__.py[691]: ERROR (refind_btrfs.state_management.conditions/conditions.py/check_filtered_block_devices): Could not find the root partition!

lsblk strangely says that root is running of a snapshot, unsure if this is normal:
