Add an option to control volume by scrolling on the volume bar or icon

On previous app I've used I was able to change volume by scrolling on the volume icon. It unfortunately has been taken down form GH, so now I'm using your app and I'm missing this feature so much. Is there anything that can be done to add this feature?
