This needs to use the vector from #76. If #76 is closed, use from EDAssets. 
This one is a bit tricky since it plays on perspective and is blurred. I suspect we only need the guardians, the thargoids, the dark wheel, colonia and raxxla

The icon for asteroid base on galaxy map looks as follows. Two different backgrounds are present for clarity. 
These are the states a faction can have. Not every state has an image attached, so would have to take it from in-game. * None  * Boom  *...
Some stuff on EDAssets are not traced but rather Elite-related content. We should change the current `fanmade` field to `approximation` to symbolize that the icon is fanmade and not 100%...
Website has a vector for "news". Although this is not in the game from my knowledge, it should be added to EDAssets given it seems very elite-orientated, taken from https://www.elitedangerous.com/....
