Request: Build the MacOS Installer as a Universal binary

Pretty self explanatory. The current OSX installer is built for x86_64 and Rosetta 2 has to be used to open it on an M-Chip Mac. Universal Binaries include both architectures. Screenshot 2023-11-07 at 17 13 55 Also makes sense if Apple being Apple deprecates Rosetta 2 at some point.
