What is it that you'd like to see?

I'd love to see a way to translate vencord. I can contribute for the french translation

This would require a massive refactor and be very time consuming for us to setup, manage and moderate

I am also not very interested in having many users who can't speak english because that will make support a nightmare. Additionally, even if a user speaks english well, having to understand what's going on in screenshots with localised plugins to answer support questions will be hard

Finally, this would also be yet another thing plugin devs need to learn, and every time a new plugin is added, there will be a new thing to translate. Many plugins might never be translated and you'll have half english, half your language, which is kinda meh

As such i am personally not particularly interested in translations as of now

If there was a way to manually edit plugin's source code locally, then everyone who wants to localize something could do it for themselves, that would be nice imo

You can... Clone the repository and build vencord locally with all the changes you want...?

Well, I guess it's true lul, but it can be said about any feature request basically. If I would go this way tho I think:

• Probably will need to consider lots of things with managing how updates work and recompile everything from scratch with each incoming update
• It's much more actions than opening edit for plugin inside client

I am suggesting this mostly for a reason that this is possible in BetterDiscord and I've done that for my plugins so that extra buttons will fit my discord's language with like couple of clicks and that's neat thing to have.

I don't mind if it stays as is, but that's +1 for BD in my book
