Plugin to loop videos, audio and voice messages

I made a plugin mediaLooper to add a button on video, audio and voice messages controls to be able to loop them

I have no experience in React whatsoever I based most of the plugin on D3SOX MediaPlaybackSpeed plugin

I ran some tests and it looks and works fine
