[Plugin] Message Colors

Displays hex/rgb/hsl colors in messages with a tiny-colored box nearby :3

I might have made some bad code especially with dynamic element creation, so I would be glad to get roasted

Also includes a color-picker

A nice addition to this would be the ability to have the colors highlight over the value. For example #ff0000 would be highlighted as red over the text. (As a custom setting to switch between box / highlight)

I decided to remove 'floating #' because of weird behavior with words like eye Should I nuke color picker as well? background-color now swaps between normal text color and --background-tertiary

Unfortunately I still wasn't able to find better way to change only some part of the text without horror that I have :(

After a few days of fighting with my stupidity, I finally found a way to deal with it without "dynamic react"

Now all colored text parses as discords markdown rule, which is definitely a much better way of doing it. And it's a lot more readable now

So I've decided to nuke a color picker for a greater good. Mostly colors are taken from some sort of color theme or taken from a picker from a different program, which makes usage of the built-in one really rare.

Also, less things in a plugin makes it easier to concentrate on fixing it if doomsday comes again
