fix(plugins/vcDoubleClick): conflict with MessageClickActions

After enabling both VoiceChatDoucleClick and MessageClickActions, double clicking a voice channel mention in a message would both edit/reply to the message as well as join the voice channel, adding a evt.stopPropagation() fixes this behavior
