ShowMeYourName: add streamer mode support

image When streamer mode is on, you can only see the first letter of usernames with 3 dots afterwards. Now, if you have this plugin enabled, usernames are censored in the same way: image

Maybe if you rebased the maintainer would be more willing to review it? There are a bunch of unrelated changes in here too.
