Conflicts with Instant checkout

This happens when using the Instant Checkout module while External Checkout is also enabled. Page redirects while order has already been fulfilled.

The instant checkout, a module that is included with the vsf core at the moment. Also seen in the GIF or the demo of vsf

@Jensderond I checked this out on a new VS instance, and you are right. I think it's best if we delete the 'Instant Checkout' button, it is of no use when you are using an external checkout.
