osxpmem not running due to system policy

Hi, I am using osxpmem_3.2. However while running it is giving me below error:

I have applied proper permission on the file. Below steps were done to try it: curl -L -o 'osxpmem_3.2.zip' https://github.com/Velocidex/c-aff4/releases/download/3.2/osxpmem_3.2.zip chown -R root:wheel osxpmem.app/ chmod 744 osxpmem.app/ /osxpmem.app/osxpmem -o mem.aff4

Could you please help how to resolve this?
