Automatically apply new default touch config

In CS16Client, the default touch profile is saved as touch.cfg in the root directory of the game (or pak directory), and in this config, the touch_config_file cvar contains the path to touch_profiles/touch_profile.cfg where touch_profile.cfg is your touch config name.
