FR: Floating timer on selected apps

It would be a great constant visual reminder to help you get off your phone quicker. I like the design of the feature in a proprietary app I saw:

Very small and unobtrusive. It also can be clicked to drag around and place on other areas of the screen.

Also should note that in that app's UX you could double-tap it to hide it for 10 seconds.
